The whole of the last blog didn't get published because I inadvertently pressed the jump break button and the rest of the blog disappeared. Now I know to avoid it.
Finished. I have enjoyed weaving these tapestries. My sister said they looked like I had cut them up and rewoven them; they are meant to look like that.
Now for a larger one to complete the series.

Looks great Glennis! I can't wait to see them all together. The 'woven' look (as distinct from actual weaving) looks great, I love the way you have made the colours so different in each section.
I hope the final piece is similarly lovely.
Well done Glennis!! :)
Thank you Mary. They look together. When I get the one back from Wangaratta I will put a picture on the blog.
Michelle, lovely to hear from you. I hope you are still weaving; the subjects I am doing this year are a lot of work but at least I get to make a body of tapestries which is satisfying. Many thanks
Oh yes of course - weaving madly for my 'online exhibition', like you did last year ;)
Good luck with your weaving. I submitted books made from woven sheets of paper because I hadn't done any tapestry weaving, just assignments.
Mine is a combo of tapestry and needlepoint - all in my 'Goth Deathrock Subculture' theme ... it's good fun!!
