Colour
I am getting there - slowly. Despite the temptation to do the opposite, I am taking my time which means I probably won't get it done by the due date. As my grandmother would say, better to be sure than sorry. I am including a photo of images on the floor near the loom that I refer to often re. colour of the Kimberleys and the train trip. The thing that surprised me was how much green there was. I often put pictures up on the computer as I can see how things are progressing with the weaving.
I have posted 2 blogs in 5 days; anything to avoid work.

Wow, it's looking good Glennis! Mine's going well - I'm attaching a small cross stitch on canvas, so I have no idea how that's going to turn out ;)
You are so creative Michelle; I'm sure it will look great. Hope you are keeping up with the design work; it never ends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Urrgh, I know - they're getting in the way of my tapestry weaving! ;)
I agree with Michelle, it is looking good! Why are the pictures on the floor?
Don't you hate it when assignments get in the way of your other assignments? But it is hard to be stimulated and motivated and actually DOING IT without those outside pressures. I do miss the course I did and am very grateful that I was invited to be in with the group that is putting on an exhibition this year - it has a deadline but not the same pressure as a course - yet.
just love the colour - and the 'mappiness.
keep going slow, Glennis - quality over punctuality.

Hi Mary
The photos are on the floor because they are easy to see there. I am hoping to get the design assignment done tomorrow. One of the things I learned from Ruth Hadlow is how to draw with scissors which is a lot quicker. And I intend to keep it simple.
Thanks Misha, slow and steady as the story goes. It will have to be like that as I have a house to pack up over the next month as well as everything else.
